You can be logged in on up to 2 devices at the same time. If you exceed this limit, all your sessions will be automatically signed out and you will need to log in again.

Multi-cam lets you watch several cameras simultaneously on a single screen, perfect for comparing different spots and conditions in real time. This feature is available for Basic plan subscribers and above.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access will remain active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no future charges will be made.

How do subscriptions work?

When you subscribe, the payment is automatically charged to your registered payment method each period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose).

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your profile. Upgrades take effect immediately and the charge will be prorated. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We only issue refunds in cases where a duplicate charge was made by mistake. Refunds are not offered for periods already paid or for early cancellations.
